We have room for the family to grow here. The main floor has an open livingroom,
dining room, there is a cozy wood burning fireplace in the livingroom. The kitchen has
loads of cupboard and counter space, even an eating area. Upstairs there are 3
bedrooms, the master bedroom with a window seat in the bay window and a ensuite
bath with a shower, the 2 other bedrooms are serviced by a full bathroom. The 1
bedroom suite is on the main floor with a private entrance, and is ground level walkout
to the backyard. There is open parking in the front and a sunny garden in the backyard.
You are close to everything, all the beaches, shops and restaurants in Deep Cove,
Parkgate with shopping, Library, Rec centre, Coffee shops and more. You can walk
to the Dollar Shopping Centre and The Raven Neighbourhood Pub. There are 2 Golf
Courses and a driving range within a 5 minute drive. All the hiking, biking, and
kayaking the North Shore is famous for are at your doorstep. All this and a convenient
30 minute commute to downtown Vancouver by car and there is good bus service as
